The 2014 Turonia is pure Albari?o from the Rosal subzone, produced in their usual way: cooling of the grapes, cold soak of the destemmed grapes, settling of the must and fermentation in stainless steel at low temperature, followed by eight months in contact with the lees before bottling. It's quite fruit-driven, as it happens with cold fermentations, a mixture of white fruit, spices and flowers. The palate shows some tropical flavors and more freshness than the Rosal blend. 20,000 bottles produced.
