Hundred Tree Hill’s 2005 Cabernets is a blend of 60% Cabernet Sauvignon and 40% Cabernet Franc. Opaque purple-colored, it offers up aromas of cedar, violets, cinnamon, mint, and black currant. This is followed by a medium to full-bodied wine with plenty of savory fruit and spice, good concentration, and a lengthy, pure finish. Drink it over the next 5-7 years.
