A 54/29/17% blend, old vine grenache parcels with 20-50% whole bunches, shiraz and mataro destemmed, mainly open-fermented, matured in French oak. A very well-made GSM, faithfully reflecting the quality of the grapes used, and maximising the flavour contribution of the grenache. The choice of used oak was 100% correct.
