Primarily sourced from Carneros but with a healthy proportion of Oak Knoll fruit as well, the 2021 Chardonnay was fermented and matured in a mix of new oak (25%), used oak (50%) and stainless steel (25%). Scents of ripe pear, honey, melon and tangerine mark the nose, while the palate is medium to full-bodied, plump and slightly creamy, with a finish that's crisp and zesty.
