The strawberry and cranberry-filled, medium-weight, elegant, fleshy, soft, supple, light to medium-bodied 2007 Crimson Proprietary Red Wine is best consumed over the next year. The only wine in this portfolio that I could not recommend is a 2007 Cabernet Sauvignon, which is extremely austere and tannic. Best consumed in the first 1-2 years of life. Some attractive values emerge from these cross appellation offerings. All four of these cuvees emphasis forward fruit, medium body, and little wood or structure.Tel.
