There’s nothing shy about this nose – intense aromas of gooseberries, fresh mown grass, asparagus and bell pepper. The palate is medium bodied with high acidity and plentiful citrus fruit concentration. Long finish. Pure, simple, wonderfully in-your-face Sauvignon that is well balanced and not too heavy.
