I had tasted this wine one year ago, and it appeared a bit reduced in my opinion. I did not find that to be the case now. The Tenuta Di Vaira 2018 Bolgheri Rosato Caccia al Palazzo is a simple rosé blend of 70% Cabernet Sauvignon, 15% Merlot and 15% Syrah. The wine boasts a raspberry pink color and copper highlights. There are tart berry aromas with wild cherry, cassis and bitter almond. I'd suggest drinking this easy wine within the next few months with a shrimp barbecue. Some 6,850 bottles were made.

A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Syrah, this rosato shows medium color saturation with purplish and raspberry accents. The bouquet on the 2017 Bolgheri Rosato Caccia al Palazzo is redolent of wild berry, rose hip and blanched almond. This is an informal and easy-sipping wine to enjoy in the warm summer months. Some 3,000 bottles were made.

This rosé is made with Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Syrah and is fermented in stainless steel. The 2016 Bolgheri Rosato Caccia Al Palazzo opens to a raspberry pink color with very light ruby highlights. The bouquet offers sweet fruit tones of raspberry and dried blueberry with white almond and orange peel. This wine offers a subtle vein of candy-like sweetness on the close.

The 2015 Bolgheri Rosato Caccia Al Palazzo is 70% Cabernet Sauvignon, 15% Merlot and 15% Syrah. Made only in stainless steel, this is a bright and luminous Tuscan rosé with a lean body and easy approach. The wine shows wild berry and cranberry aromas with some sourness and sharp acidity in the mouth. There is an interesting note of peppermint or rosemary at the tail end.

The 2013 Bolgheri Rosato Caccia Al Palazzo opens to a light pink color and pungent tones of cherry soda, cranberry and dried apple skin. The wine lacks a greater sense of harmony. This Rosato is made with 85% Cabernet Sauvignon and 15% Merlot.
