The 2005 Grillo, made from an indigenous grape of the same name, displays crisp lemon/lime characteristics along with a hint of honeyed grapefruit, and green apples. Possessing fresh, lively acidity, medium body, and a crisp, zesty finish, it would be a lovely accompaniment to grilled seafood. Enjoy it over the next year.
