The 2006 Pinot Gris Shotfire has been barrel-fermented and lees stirred. Medium straw-colored, it offers attractive melon and orange peel/tangerine aromatics. The wine offers ample ripe, melon-like fruit, lively acidity, and a medium-long finish. Drink it over the next 1-2 years with sushi or flaky fish courses.
