The 2007 Cabernet Franc Estate spent 34 months in 75% new French oak. It offers up an enticing nose of dried herbs, Asian spices, earthy minerals, black fruits, and violets. Nicely proportioned and lengthy, it will benefit from 1-2 years of cellaring and deliver prime drinking from 2012 to 2022.
