The dense ruby/purple-tinged 2005 Petite Sirah offers up aromas of white flowers, blueberries, and blackberries as well as thick flavors, but it is somewhat one-dimensional for a Petite Sirah. It will last for 15 or more years, but it did not quite “sing” when I tasted it.
