The 2008 Brut Passerina is a delicious, refreshing white sparkler from the Marche. Peaches, flowers and mint come together beautifully in the gorgeous, creamy Brut Passerina. Anticipated maturity: 2010-2012. Proprietor Angela Velenosi is one the Marche’s emerging producers. Her line-up is full of delicious wines that are reasonably priced.
