The Villa Raiano 2021 Greco di Tufo shows a wide array of aromas with soapy white flower or potpourri, citrus, light spice and crushed stone. As the wine warms in the glass, those soapy aromas subside and the mineral tones rise in intensity. This is a lean-bodied white with pretty freshness. An ambitious 70,000 bottles were produced.

With an ample 80,000 bottles made, the 2018 Greco di Tufo is fresh and buoyant with citrus aromas, white flower and honeydew melon. You could pair this wine with a summer salad topped with snow peas and watercress. This wine is entirely made in stainless steel in order to maintain the freshness of those aromas.
