The 2008 Cabernet Franc Reserva was entirely aged in seasoned French oak for 12 months. It sports a lightly herbal perfume of cinnamon, clove, sage, a hint of balsamic, and spicy black currants. Round, savory, and structured, it merits 3-4 years of cellaring and which point my score is likely to look conservative. It is an outstanding value.
