The purple-colored 2008 Cabernet Sauvignon Single Vineyard exhibits a nose of cedar, spice box, rose petal, cinnamon, blackcurrant, and blackberry. Medium-bodied on the palate, with some elegance, it displays ample spicy black fruits, moderate tannin, and good balance. It will evolve for 2-3 years but can be approached now.Importer: Not known

Bouquet dominated by coffee and vanilla. Oak to the fore; a crowd-pleaser. Nice texture with concentrated fruit.

Plenty of oak is draped on this wine. The bouquet is led by sawmill-like aromas and black cherry, while the woodspice and resiny flavors are every bit as dominant if not more so than the cassis, cherry and strawberry notes that seem secondary.
