The 2010 Puerta del Sol Blanca Fermentado en Barrica is composed of 100% Malvar that spent 5-6 months in American oak. Light gold in color (from the oak), it offers up a bouquet of buttered popcorn, floral notes, and melon. This is followed by a round, ripe, tasty wine in which the oak is quite well integrated.
