A white wine produced from 100% Pinot Noir, the 2010 “Le Gris de Noir” offers delicate aromas of apple tart, wild strawberries and a pleasant yeasty / toasty character with a whiff of honeysuckle. Medium bodied with good concentration and a touch of silkiness to the texture, it has lively acidity and a long savory finish. Drink it now to 2014+. No known US importer.
