Pungent, boxwood-like scents emerge on the nose of Whitehall Lane's 2021 Sauvignon Blanc. A blend of stainless-steel (75%) and barrel-fermented components (25%), there are some grapefruit and green fig shadings as well. It's medium-bodied, with a pleasant balance between the creamy mid-palate and bright, crisp finish. Drink it young.

Composed of 89% Sauvignon Blanc and 11% Semillon, the 2019 Sauvignon Blanc races out of the glass with zesty notes of freshly squeezed lemons, lime leaves and green apples plus suggestions of dill seed, wet pebbles and mown grass. Medium-bodied, the palate is light on its feet and packed with zing, featuring citrusy fireworks and a refreshing mineral-tinged finish.

Blended with 16% Sémillon, the 2018 Sauvignon Blanc gives scents of waxed lemons, citron and lime leaves with touches of honeysuckle and wild thyme. The palate is medium-bodied with good intensity of citrusy flavors, crisp acidity and loads of zip in the finish.

The 2017 Sauvignon Blanc gives expressive apple and fresh lemons scents with touches of lime cordial, grapefruit peel and broom. Medium-bodied, refreshing and clean, it gives a citrus-laced finish.

The 2016 Sauvignon Blanc has a nose of peaches and pears with a waft of bay leaves. The medium-bodied palate is clean, lively and uncomplicated, offering a refreshing option for everyday drinking.
