The 2006 Pinot Noir Estate is medium ruby-colored with an attractive nose of spice box, cherry, and strawberry. On the palate it is plump, forward, and easy-going with plenty of savory, red fruit flavor. It has excellent balance and good length and will drink well over the next four years. It is also a very good value. Yamhill Valley Vineyards is the oldest winery in the McMinnville AVA, having started operations in 1983. The wines are all sourced from estate fruit.Tel.
