The 2005 Yarrabank presents toasty, lemon zest and honeysuckle aromas with crisp acid and fine bubbles on the palate. Nicely balanced with just enough dosage (3.5 g/l), this wine has a long citrusy finish and is perfect for drinking now.Yarrabank is a joint venture sparkling wine produced by Yering Station and Devaux Champagne House. First released in 1993, this wine used to be made at Domaine Chandon in the Yarra Valley but is now produced at Yering Station. Traditionally made, it's a blend of 60% Yarra Valley and 40% Mornington Peninsula fruit and spent four years on its lees.Importer: Rathbone Wine Group, USA; www.fsfw.com.au
