　　李志延酒評：這款酒香料氣息濃郁，李子果味成熟，口感細膩、飽滿卻不厚重。嘗來圓潤、華美而溫和，酒體份量毫無所覺，滋味濃稠且頗具深度，單寧處理得宜，余味持久。酒精度13.4%，未采用放血法，果實采收時間為9月中旬至10月初，調(diào)配中含有75%赤霞珠和24%梅洛。
　　Tasting Note: An exuberance of spices and plummy ripe fruit. The wine is detailed and rich but without heaviness. A round, plush Cos without weight and excess and a gentle mouthfeel. There is nice density and depth and the tannins are well managed. Long length. 13.4% alcohol. No saignee. Harvest was from mid September to early October. 75% Cabernet in this blend; 24% Merlot.
