李志延酒評(píng):這款酒散發(fā)出精致的百花、皮革和層層細(xì)致的紅色水果干氣息,香氣華美,單寧絲滑成熟,中段口感更加甜美。在這一時(shí)期,葡萄酒在陳釀過(guò)程中分為4到5次裝瓶,因此瓶與瓶之間差異較大,熟成全部在大橡木桶中進(jìn)行。1971年是一個(gè)溫暖的年份,夏季有多次降雨,且天氣極好。天氣條件導(dǎo)致減產(chǎn)40%到50%,所以葡萄集中甜美。
Tasting Note:Sweet delicate flavors of potpourri, leather and layers of delicate dried red fruits. The gorgeous bouquet is followed by silky, ripe tannins and more sweetness on the mid-palate. During this period, the wines were bottled 4 to 5 times during the wines life so there is much bottle variation. Maturation is in all large oak vats. 1971 was a warm vintage and it rained many times during the summer with perfect summer weather. Conditions reduced crop by 40 to 50%, so grapes are concentrated and sweet.
