　　李志延酒評(píng)：這款來自嘯鷹酒莊（Screaming Eagle）的葡萄酒極其微妙、清新，是一款宏偉而濃郁的紅葡萄酒，帶有多層次的深邃咸鮮風(fēng)味、紫羅蘭與微妙的泥土氣息，但尚未完全展現(xiàn)開來，比早先取自桶中品嘗時(shí)更加閉塞。鑒于其結(jié)構(gòu)與成分，這款酒可能是嘯鷹酒莊最佳年份酒款之一，但它離完全成熟還有很長時(shí)間，至少須再陳放10年以上。

　　Tasting Note：Incredible subtlety and freshness in this vintage of Screaming Eagle. This is a majestic, intense red with layers of dark, savory flavors, violets and nuanced earthy elements that are not yet expressing themselves fully. It is more closed than when I tasted it earlier in barrel. This will likely be one of the best vintages for Screaming Eagle given its structure and components but it will take a long time for the wine to be fully mature; lay it down for at least a decade.
