　　李志延酒評(píng)：我盲品了1978、1985和1990年這3個(gè)年份的拉塔希（La Tache）葡萄酒，這是我最喜愛(ài)的一支，品質(zhì)堪稱完美。它展示了品質(zhì)絕佳的拉塔希應(yīng)有的深度、復(fù)雜度、縹緲而持久的風(fēng)味以及縈繞于口中的余味。該酒強(qiáng)勁而精致，同時(shí)展現(xiàn)出動(dòng)人的香料風(fēng)味。陳年后帶有異域迷人的甜美干花瓣、香料、草本和果干的風(fēng)味，微妙且富有層次。

　　Tasting Note：An ethereal wine filled with sweet dried rose and jasmine petals that seems delicate at first but is quite the opposite on the palate. The wine opens up like a rose in full bloom with flavors of spice box, dried currants and mixed herbs. There is an underlying sweetness of fruit combined with a firm backbone of acidity. The texture is silky soft, like chiffon, but the persistence and finish reveals its power. This is an incredible wine, an amazing bottle, with a long, lingering finish.
