The 2007 Roussanne (67%)-Viognier (33%) saw the Roussanne component barrel-fermented in neutral French oak for 6 months while the Viognier was raised in stainless steel. It offers up a fragrant perfume of acacia, melon, honey, and peach. Dry, elegant, and flavorful, it can be enjoyed over the next 3 years.
