The 2004 Novellum spent 12 months in oak. Dark ruby-colored, it has an attractive bouquet of cedar, tobacco, mineral, violets, and blackberry. On the palate it is medium-bodied, possesses plenty of spicy black fruits, is well-balanced, and has enough structure to evolve for 2-4 years. Drink it from 2010 to 2018.
