The 2014 Abad Dom Bueno Godello is sourced from vineyards in Pieros and Villafranca del Bierzo, fermented in stainless steel without malolactic and bottled after two months in contact with the lees. This is a good example of fresh Godello, with a mixture of yellow and white fruit and some aromatic herbs, quite expressive. The palate reveals good acidity and supple flavors; it is fresh and spicy, and it calls for food. I like it! 18,000 bottles produced.
