The NV Ino Garnacha de l'Emporda is a very pleasant amber/orange-colored sweet wine with original aromas of hazelnuts, candied oranges, saffron, smoke and a touch of honey. It is a non-vintage sweet wine with 164 grams of sugar per liter and 16% alcohol drawn from a solera that was started in 1994 and fed with red Garnacha juice, going back to the traditional rancios of yesteryear. 5% of the wine comes from a very old solera started around 1860 that for sure contributes to its character and depth.
