The 2008 Pinot Bianco flows with a generous, textured expression of apricots, mint and sage, all of which are underpinned by bright, vibrant notes of minerality that give the wine its length and poise. This is a remarkably well-balanced Pinot Bianco. Anticipated maturity: 2009-2012. I was quite impressed with the wines I tasted from Toros this year.
