The 2007 Puerto Salinas is composed of 80% Monastrell, 13% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 7% Garnacha Tintorera aged for 15 months in French oak. Underbrush, brier, mineral, blackberry, and blueberry notes compose the pleasing perfume of this layered, relatively forward, sweetly fruited blend.
