The 2016 Soave Classico Monte Grande mixes things up a bit with its blend of Garganega and Trebbiano di Soave in a supporting role. This is a lean to medium-bodied white that is redolent of peach cobbler and lemon mousse with pretty shadings of spice and smoke and ash at the back. This vintage shows very nice balance and crispness.

A creamy, light-bodied white, with a fine thread of minerally saline and stone notes underscoring the delicate flavors of apricot, kumquat, honeysuckle and anise. Long and harmonious on the fresh finish. Drink now through 2023. 1,000 cases made.??–AN??Region: Italy / Soave Classico Select to Add
