Deep garnet-purple in color, the 2010 Shiraz shows off a nose redolent of crushed blueberries, warm cassis and plum preserves with hints of Chinese five spice, vanilla and licorice. Medium to full-bodied with plenty of rich, ripe and expressive varietal flavor in the mouth, it has a good backbone of medium level, rounded tannins and bright acid before finishing with very good length.
