Coriole’s production is primarily red wine. However, the 2006 Chenin Blanc is a well-made white wine that merits interest. Medium straw-colored, it exhibits aromas of melon, citrus, and lemon meringue. This leads to a medium-bodied, dry, crisp, well-balanced wine with ripe flavors and good length. Drink it over the next 12-18 months with Thai and Indian cuisine.
