Dark and sultry on first nose, the Ada Nada 2015 Barbaresco Riserva Rombone Cichin offers aromas of smoke, resin and dark tar. Those savory aromas are especially pronounced in this vintage that saw warm nights, a few temperature spikes and lots of sun. The wine is far along enough on its aging trajectory to reward you with savory aged aromas, although dark fruit flavors of dried blackberry and plum are still intact at its core. Production is 3,300 bottles.
