A new entry in the collection is the 2007 Luminesce Seven Hills, a blend of 70% Semillon and 30% Sauvignon Blanc. It exhibits an excellent bouquet of mineral, fresh herbs, acacia, citrus, and melon. It has plenty of weight, good depth, savory flavors, and a refreshing finish. It will offer pleasure for several years. L’Ecole No. 41 is one of Walla Walla’s pioneers, the third modern day winery in the Valley.
