The outstanding 1994 Cabernet Sauvignon reveals an opaque purple color, gobs of pain grille-like notes, along with blackcurrant, cherry, dusty, Cabernet-like fruitiness. The wine is full-bodied and pure, with a multi-faceted, medium to full-bodied style, and moderate tannin, which is largely concealed by high extract and rich, sweet fruit. This is an example of a young Australian Cabernet Sauvignon that should age well for 12-15 years.
