The 2008 Blewitt Springs Vineyard Grenache has a medium garnet-purple color and a wonderfully fragrant nose of wilted roses, cassia, warm raspberries and cherries, mace, chocolate and dried leaves. Rich and full with a medium to firm level of velvety tannins, the crisp acid is in harmony with the concentrated flavors and lingers into the long finish. Drinking now, it should remain fresh to 2015. Importer: Wine Brokers Unlimited, Hayward, CA
