The 1994 Cotes du Rhone Les Garrigues exhibits a fragrant nose of jammy black fruits, pepper, herbs, and spices, as well as super-ripeness, good sweetness (from extract and ripeness, not sugar), medium to full body, and a silky finish. Drink it over the next 2-3 years. This wine was tasted between June 1 and June 16, 1996. Aime Sabon is one of the new stars of the southern Rhone.
