Young, with a taut citrus, ginger, mineral, soice and floral bouquet, this bright and light-on-its-feet wine has lots of dimension. Yellow fruit flavors, anise accents and fine fruit-to-acid balance mark the cream, yet airy palate. The mineral-chalk and the citrus-peel finish is long, with brisk acidity. High-strung, like fine white Burgundy; though delicious now, it will benefit from aginf for three to six plus years.
