Already in bottle, the 2014 C?tes du Rh?ne is 50% Carignan, 20% Grenache, and 15% each of Syrah and Cinsault that was brought up all in tank. It offers earthy black and blue fruits, charcoal and licorice notes to go with a medium-bodied, mid-weight and fruit-forward style on the palate. It’s enjoyable, but best consumed over the coming couple of years.
