3 Stones’ 2009 Sauvignon Blanc gives a moderate intensity of fresh grass, lime leaf and kiwi fruit aromas with some citrus zest. Dry, crisp and medium bodied with a moderate concentration of flavor and a suggestion of sweetness (4 g/l residual sugar), this wine has a medium-long finish.
