The 2005 Cabernet Sauvignon Adama is elegantly crafted, with good focus, and light tannins that provide a little grip and intensity. The wine lacks concentration, and the finish is modest, but it does have a certain suave, graceful feel, and the price is reasonable. Ultimately, this is a pleasing, if simple wine. Drink now-2010.
