The Cabernet Franc-dominated blend is the 2014 Seventeen Forty Reserve (there's 35% Merlot in the blend) and it sees slightly less new oak than the Cabernet Sauvignon-dominated releases. Its purple color is followed by a rich, expansive, full-bodied and elegant red that has classic floral, chocolate, earth and dark fruit aromas and flavors. It was bottled just three weeks ago, but it's certainly none the worse for it. This is a killer wine to enjoy anytime over the coming decade.
