An unfiltered blend of 61% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Cabernet Franc, and 19% Merlot, the 1999 Isosceles Reserve proves once again that few wineries in Paso Robles fashion better Bordeaux blends than Justin. A dense purple color is accompanied by aromas of graphite, black currants, cedar, and spice box. Full-bodied, complex, and rich, with a long, sweet finish, it possesses a Bordeaux-like personality with more weight, texture, and elegance than most people expect from this hot region.
