Pouring forth with a darkly concentrated appearance, the Nicolis 2016 Amarone della Valpolicella Classico shows a savory side with chewing tobacco and cured leather. It also shows a sweet side with cooked cherry and blackberry preserves. The wine is extremely concentrated and heavy in texture.
