Deep garnet-purple colored, the 2009 Bird In Hand Cabernet Sauvignon presents pronounced aromas of warm cassis and eucalypt with nuances of dark chocolate, kirsch and dried mint. Full bodied with a good concentration of ripe, expressive blackcurrant and menthol flavors, it has a firm grip of grainy tannins and lively acid, finishing long and minty.
