A deep, blackish ruby/purple, its super-rich nose of plum jam, truffles, minerals, and scorched earth and its long, focused, and powerful flavors of plum, blueberry, vanilla, and caramel show just how ripe the fruit of this vintage was and how well it was fermented and aged.
