Deeper and richer, with more purity than the Grand Classique Blanc, the 2015 Crozes Hermitage les Hauts d’Eole Blanc is also 100% Marsanne, but is a selection of old vines. It’s aged all in 400-liter barrels and offers hints of toast as well as white peach, brioche and sautéed apples. Drink this medium-bodied, fresh, pure and classy white over the coming 4-5 years.
