The 2007 Sauvignon Blanc Adama is pleasant and light, well balanced, but without enough of a finish. It would make an acceptable quaffer on a warm, summer day, but it fades fast. There are enough Sauvignon Blanc nuances on the nose and the palate to announce the wine’s origins, but they are fairly subdued, and there is not much herbaceousness, which some may like. It turns a little bitter with air and warmth. These are Kosher.Importer: Allied Importers, Long Island City, N.Y.; tel: (718) 472-1155.
