The 2016 Bolgheri Bell'aja shows hardy and bold ripeness. There are heavy, inky-dark fruits here, such as blackberry and black currant, with lots of extraction. It is on the heavy side in terms of bouquet, but with the more restrained mouthfeel, it seems to work and offer good balance overall.

Offers dark tones of blackberry and pomegranate, along with earth, tobacco and mineral accents. Powerful and concentrated, showing fluidity, balance and excellent length.
